Brief synopsis:	Defeat the fomor Jazaraat for a key item

Your objective is in the graveyard out the west gate of Nashmau in Caedarva Mire. There is a grave in the cemetery at (E-10) marked Jazaraat’s Headstone. Checking it while you’re on this mission will cause Jazaraat himself to make an appearance. And then promptly attack you when you check it again, of course.

This is ToAU’s first NM fight, though its not in a BC area and its pretty simple. Still, you may want a few friends. Jazaraat is a corsair fomor with a decent amount of hit points. He uses all the typical fomor moves like Dancing Chains that you probably have learned to hate from doing CoP missions or farming for a swift belt or something. He hits decently hard, but overall he isn’t entirely dangerous.

The main threat with Jazaraat is less Jazaraat himself and more the fact you’re fighting him in the graveyard. There are a few Orderly Imps nearby that may see you and a large number of Guard Skeletons spawn in the area at night. The safest thing to do is to pull Jazaraat towards the northern zone line into Talacca Cove and fight him in the tunnel there away from the undead.

Check the gravestone for the key item Ephramadian Gold Coin after the fight.

Strategy tips:

• Don’t fight Jazaraat in the graveyard - pull him north to the zone line.
• Don’t forget to check the gravestone after the fight for the key item.

Low-manning Lost Kingdom

Almost everyone that does Jazaraat will low-man him; a full 6-person party is definite overkill unless you‘re well below level 75.

• Three reasonably balanced jobs can trio Jazaraat easily.
• A ninja (or melee/ninja competent in tanking) and a healer can duo it.
• The jobs that excel at soloing things straight up (such as ninja or blue mage) may be able to solo Jazaraat with preparation and skill. Summoners can also solo him. Red mages and beast masters might be able to solo, but the lack of area to move around without aggroing an imp or skeleton makes that sort of solo work more difficult.
